excellent place for a 1-night stay. a shower, a hairdryer and towels was a plus. entre masas renaca, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel.

I t was located near the attractions we wanted to see.

It is right in the middle of Vina del Mar and very close to the beach.

It was a little bit too noisy.

I liked that it had Cable tv, a pool, the room was clean, it had a breakfast buffet, nice view from the top floor, good location in Renaca.

It needs to be updated a little, but other than that, nothing.

Actually rather far from Viña del Mar, taxi is over 10 USD from the bus station, however there's a local bus which is as fast and cost 1/10 the price.

Close to all location like. Restaurants,Beach,San Expedito Church. Nice and full all life all night.

The view from our room was amazing. We saw the much of the ocean and could watch the ships coming and going. But the beds were horrible. Very uncomfortable. I woke up with such a stiff back I could hardly get out of bed. They could use a bit of padding on the mattress. Otherwise the staff and hotel was great and we would have gone back if the mattress was more comforable.

It provides for both local and overseas tourists. They allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel before we took pocession of our room because we arrive earlier than the expected. The staff also let us borrow extra towels to go to the beach which was very nice of them. Staff were very helpfull and breakfast was plentiful and delicious with good variety.

This hotel is an older style hotel, it needs upkeep and facilities upgraded, particularly the gas kitchenette and bar bridge was not stocked with drinks or water.

It was a unpleasant smell in the room. The staff sade it was from the curtains.

Could use some upgrades to make rooms a little more comfortable.

I travelled with my older parents. The room was clean, had lots of light and was nicely decorated and spatious. There is room for improvement, but it it is excellent value for money. We were all very pleased.

Amenities, comfort, secure parking, breakfast.

Some parts of room were dated and/or in disrepair.
